Rental Policy

PAYMENTS & SECURING YOUR RENTALS

Please allow up to 48hours for us to get back to you after submitting your rental request. In the case you are in need of rentals same day or less than 72 hours, please give us a call or text us at 404.500.1589.

Rentals are not reserved until we receive a secured deposit. Deposit is 50% of rental fee and is non refundable. If a customer needs to cancel their reserved rentals, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Your deposit will go towards a future rental which is good for up to one year. If client cancels 72 hours or less of event date, deposit and final balance will be fore fitted.

Final balance is due exactly two weeks before event date. Payment is late after 48hrs of this date and there will be an additional $25 charge for late payments.

Rental price does not include tax, delivery fee, or set up fee.

A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT will be added to your quote. Security deposits are returned to a customer 48hrs after event date if items are received back with no damage. A customer's security deposit will be determined depending on rental items. Security deposits begin at $100.

DELIVERY

DELIVERY

A customers entire rental order should total up to $250 or more in rentals to qualify for delivery.

There is a required two hour window for delivery and one hour window for pickup, please plan and input your delivery time and pickup accordingly. For larger rental orders, the window for delivery and pickup may vary, we will communicate this with the customer if needed. 

Delivery fee begins at $140 for up to 20 miles outside our warehouse address, any additional mileage will incur additional delivery fees. Delivery fee also depends on how much items have to be delivered. The more items needed to be delivered the more man power and time is needed to complete the delivery in an efficient time.

WE OFFER GROUND FLOOR & EASY ACCESS DELIVERY IN YOUR INITIAL DELIVERY FEE.

*IF YOUR DELIVERY REQUIRES ELEVATOR, MULTIPLE STAIRS, LONG WALK, ect., PLEASE INFORM US IN THE ADDITIONAL INFO SECTION IN YOUR QUOTE FORM.

ANY DELIVERY THAT MAY BE OUTSIDE OF AN EASY ACCESS DELIVERY WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES.

SETTING UP RENTAL ITEMS AT EVENT VENUE IS NOT INCLUDED IN DELIVERY FEE. LUX SEATS FOUR US DELIVERY TEAM WILL DROP ITEMS AT EVENT VENUE AND HAVE SOMEONE SIGN FOR RECEIVING THE ITEMS.

*IF SETUP IS NEEDED, IT BEGINS AT $50 DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF ITEMS NEEDING TO BE SET UP.

SOME ITEMS FOR EXAMPLE ACRYLIC TABLES AND BOUNCE CASTLES, ect., ARE REQUIRED TO BE SET UP BY A LUX SEATS FOUR US TEAM MEMBER. THIS FEE IS ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE OF THE ITEM.

LUX SEATS FOUR US provides easy access pick up and drop off at our warehouse located in Lithonia, GA. We require a 1hr window for pick up at warehouse and 1hr window for drop off at the warehouse.

 

Pickups
Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 12pm - 5pm

Drop offs
Saturday & Sunday 12pm - 5pm
Monday from 10am - 3pm

 

 

We do have LUX pick up and drop up anytime service for customers that are unable to come to our warehouse at the time listed above. To learn more about this service please inquire. There is a $25 charge added to your rental total for this service. 

 

To be eligible for pick up and drop off services you must pick up and drop back LUX SEATS FOUR US rentals in an approved vehicle. Vehicle must be large enough to fit rental items.
